Consent to Receive Promotional Mailings

In accordance with Part 1, Article 18 of the Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated 13.03.2006 "On Advertising", acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and also confirming my legal capacity, I give my consent to Maria Vladimirovna Chebykina, registered as a self-employed taxpayer (TIN 745312067702), (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), to receive promotional mailings via e-mail, phone number, as well as through messengers/social networks and other channels for distributing promotional messages.

1. This consent is given to receive promotional messages that may include:
   1. Information about services;
   2. Information about discounts and special offers;
   3. Information about the Operator’s news and service updates;
   4. Event invitations;
   5. Event announcements;
   6. Collections of useful materials and recommendations;
   7. Other information related to the Operator’s activities.
2. I agree to qualify the following actions, individually or collectively, as a simple electronic signature indicating my consent:
   1. Checking a box next to the text: “I consent to receive promotional mailings”, or
   2. Clicking on an interface element with the text “Pay” or similar, which results in the payment for services, or
   3. Sending confirmation in response to documents provided for review, stating that I have read the terms of the consent and the publicoffer of the Operator.
3. This consent is valid from the moment it is granted until it is revoked.
4. I have the right to revoke this consent by:
   1. Sending the Operator a request in electronic form via email to trippers.guides@gmail.com with the subject “Unsubscribe frompromotional mailings.” The Operator will stop sending promotional messages within 3 working days of receiving the request;
   2. Unsubscribing independently by clicking the unsubscribe link.
5. I agree to receive promotional mailings through specialized platforms, services, and channels used by the Operator.
