Consent to Personal Data Processing

In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", acting freely, by my own will and in my own interest, and also confirming my legal and active capacity, I (hereinafter referred to as the "User") give my consent to Maria Vladimirovna Chebykina, registered as a self-employed taxpayer (TIN 745312067702), (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), to process my personal data under the following conditions:

1. My consent is specific, informed, deliberate, and unambiguous.
2. This consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.
3. The consent is granted for the processing of the following personal data, not belonging to special or biometric categories (except when such data is voluntarily provided by the User for publication):
   1. Last name, first name, patronymic;
   2. E-mail;
   3. Mobile phone number;
   4. Messenger ID (Telegram);
   5. Payment account details;
   6. Photo, video, and audio recordings (if submitted by the User for publication on the Operator’s website and marketing resources).
4. Purposes of processing personal data:
   1. Processing orders/requests for services and identifying the User;
   2. Processing and receiving payments, handling payment disputes;
   3. Providing the User with access to the Resources;
   4. Providing client and technical support to the User for issues related to the Resources and/or services offered through the Website;
   5. Sending advertising and news messages to the User’s e-mail/phone number/Telegram ID;
   6. Processing inquiries sent by the User to the Operator;
   7. Publishing information about the User and their review of the Operator’s services on the Website and other Operator resources, as well as showcasing the results of the Operator’s services;
   8. Ensuring the proper functioning of the Resources;
   9. Providing access to information available on the Operator's Resources.
5. During processing, the following actions will be taken with personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
6. To fulfill the above purposes, Maria Vladimirovna Chebykina, a self-employed taxpayer, delegates the processing of personal data to the following categories of third parties. I hereby consent to the transfer of my personal data to the following third parties:
   1. Mobile network operators;
   2. Social network providers;
   3. Messenger platform providers;
   4. Specialized platforms for sending promotional offers.
7. The Operator processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. I agree that any of the following actions, individually or combined, shall qualify as a simple electronic signature for this consent and the Privacy Policy:
   1. Checking the box next to the text: “I give consent to the processing of my personal data”; or
   2. Clicking on an interface element with the text “Pay”; or
   3. Paying for the Operator's services; or
   4. Sending confirmation in response to the documents provided for review, stating that I have read the Privacy Policy and give consent to the processing of personal data and accept the terms of the public offer of the Operator.
9. This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is revoked.
10. I have the right to revoke this consent by sending a request in the form of an electronic document to the Operator via e-mail at trippers.guides@gmail.com. The Operator shall stop processing personal data within 10 working days from the date of receiving the request, except in cases where the processing is legally required.
