Trabzon is that very tourist city, all the sights of which are located far beyond the city. And in completely different directions. We recommend renting a car for a couple of days to see everything.

A stunning lake with a postcard view from a nearby hill. It's very beautiful here, as if you were somewhere in Switzerland. We recommend you to sit in one of the cozy cafes.
Sumela Monastery

The building was built on a high cliff in the 4th century, which is especially impressive. A unique monument of engineering thought.

The largest eclair chain in Turkey. You can always try many different flavors here. Everything is fresh and sweet. We were unlucky with tea, it was not sold.
Trabzon is a very pleasant tourist destination that can easily be combined with the Georgian city of Batumi. Highly recommended.
